Job Title: Client Service / Customer Service

Role Summary:

 We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service to lead client communications and manage end-to-end event planning. This role demands a proactive, solution-driven professional who can ensure exceptional client experiences while successfully executing high-profile events in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between the agency and assigned clients.
  • Understand each client’s objectives, requirements, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Proposal Manager to craft tailored presentations and proposals.
  • Set clear expectations and deliver consistently on client goals.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead internal coordination with operations, marketing, logistics, and creative teams.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and event budgets.
  • Oversee venue sourcing, production, catering, AV setup, and transportation.
  • Ensure seamless on-ground execution, from setup to event closure.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential event risks.

Vendor Management

  • Source, negotiate, and manage event vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure all vendors meet quality and budget expectations.
  • Maintain professional and effective relationships with external partners.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain transparent and consistent communication with clients throughout the project.
  • Prepare and deliver post-event analysis, feedback reports, and future recommendations.
  • Keep detailed records of each project’s specifications and client interactions.

Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Resolve on-site issues efficiently and calmly.
  • Make well-informed, time-sensitive decisions to ensure client satisfaction and event success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management and client servicing.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE events industry and vendor landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Confident in presentations, proposals, and high-pressure situations.
  • Skilled in multitasking, problem-solving, and managing competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with event management tools/software.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
