Description:
Join Invoca, a leading AI-powered revenue execution platform, as a Client Account Admin (Part-Time). This role focuses on managing customer accounts, recovering outstanding debts, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will interact directly with customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure accurate record-keeping while supporting the company’s collections process.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Debt Recovery:
• Proactively contact customers via phone and email regarding overdue accounts
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements according to company policies
• Monitor payment progress and follow up on commitments
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
Account Management:
• Send welcome letters to new customers
• Maintain detailed records of all collection activities, communications, and payment arrangements
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and facilitate collections
• Escalate complex accounts to the Assistant Controller as needed
Compliance & Reporting:
• Adhere to company policies and applicable collection laws and regulations
• Generate regular reports on collection performance, aging accounts, and delinquent balances
• Provide recommendations to improve collection processes and reduce bad debt
Customer Service:
• Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with customers
• Preserve positive customer relationships while effectively collecting outstanding balances
• Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service
• Experience with B2B or B2C collections is a plus
• Knowledge of Zuora, Monto, or Google Gemini is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of collection laws and regulations is advantageous
