This remote position requires a detail-oriented and reliable individual who can accurately input, update, and maintain records in various digital systems while supporting the team with clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
• Review documents for completeness and correctness before data entry
• Maintain digital and paper filing systems in line with company standards
• Update and verify customer, vendor, or employee information as needed
• Perform clerical tasks including scanning, photocopying, emailing, and basic document formatting
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
• Organize and label files using standardized naming conventions
• Assist team members with compiling reports, lists, and summaries from data sets
• Respond to internal requests for information or document retrieval
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies
Requirements:
