Description:
Join GCLL Logistics as a Clearance Executive, taking ownership of end-to-end customs clearance for imports/exports across Dubai. You’ll coordinate with ports, free zones, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant, and on-time cargo movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, and track customs declarations, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate clearance activities with stakeholders including Dubai Customs, port/terminal operators, and transport teams.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve holds, inspections, or documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and audit-ready files for all transactions.
Systems & Platforms:
- Hands-on use of Dubai Trade, E-Mirsal, and DP World systems for processing and follow-ups.
Documentation & Coordination:
- Compile and verify invoices, packing lists, HS codes, certificates of origin, permits, and other regulatory documents.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, providing timely status updates and next steps.
