We are looking for a dedicated Claims Processor to join our distributed team. In this role, you will process insurance claims accurately and efficiently, ensure compliance with health plan policies, resolve disputes, and provide support to members and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate adjudication and payment of medical claims following established policies, maintaining detailed records.
- Process appeals and dispute claims by gathering, verifying, and resolving claim information while communicating outcomes effectively.
- Serve as an internal expert on claims processes, providing guidance to Customer Success and Support teams.
- Identify operational challenges and escalate them appropriately to internal teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of claims workflows and operational integration.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily and weekly processing targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team.
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and quick learner.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload under pressure.
- Prior claims processing experience and knowledge of insurance procedures are advantageous.

Compensation:
