Key Responsibilities:
• Handle first notice of loss (FNOL) claims received via phone and digital channels.
• Accurately document and process insurance claims in a timely manner.

• Escalate complex cases when necessary for proper resolution.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Previous call center experience is preferred.

• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and screens.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance processes is an advantage.
