The Opportunity:
We are currently hiring a Claims Analyst to join our Risk Management team. Reporting directly to the Claims Manager, this position is responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving property and casualty insurance claims in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and analyze insurance claims to determine eligibility and appropriate settlements.
• Review and interpret insurance policies to confirm accurate coverage.
• Negotiate settlements fairly and efficiently while ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all claims, adhering to compliance requirements.
• Process new claims, perform adjustments, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
• Support legal processes with document analysis, report preparation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage workload proactively to meet performance goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience handling insurance claims or similar responsibilities in the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities in English.
