HIRING: Civil Site Engineer – Abu Dhabi
Jaralla Construction is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join its project team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in villa and residential construction projects and will play a key role in ensuring smooth on-site execution and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor project timelines, manage work schedules, and support timely completion of construction milestones
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise during construction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in villa or residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with project management tools
