We Are Hiring: Civil Engineer & Fit-Out Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee site works and ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards at the site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in civil construction (Dubai experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge in structural works, finishing works, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Fit-Out Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise fit-out works from start to completion.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure fit-out works meet design, quality, and safety standards.
• Plan and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interior fit-out works (preferably in villas, offices, or retail projects).
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out methods.
• Familiar with local authority approvals and regulations.
• Ability to read drawings, prepare reports, and lead site teams.
