Overview:
Central One Dubai Properties is seeking a capable Civil Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of construction and property development projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, quality-focused, and experienced in implementing civil works to UAE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and supervise construction activities to ensure projects meet specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, enforce safety standards, and confirm compliance with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects and project managers to resolve technical issues and keep the project on schedule.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD and liaise with design teams for revisions.
- Support project documentation and reporting, including progress reports, site instructions and snag lists.
- Assist in material approvals, quality control checks and on-site testing to maintain construction standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years’ relevant experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with common project management tools (e.g., MS Project/Primavera) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and good site inspection experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
