Description:
We are looking for a talented and hands-on Chocolatier to join a busy production environment in Dubai. This role blends creative chocolate artistry with dependable production skills — ideal for someone who loves crafting beautiful confections and can also run efficient daily production. The position offers room to grow into a production lead for the right candidate who demonstrates leadership and consistent quality.
What You’ll Do:
• Create an array of chocolate products — from delicate pralines and truffles to molded and enrobed confectionery — with a focus on superior taste and presentation.
• Temper chocolate consistently using both manual techniques and tempering machinery to achieve the right gloss and snap.
• Develop, test, and refine new recipes and seasonal collections in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet deadlines while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Keep the production area spotless and compliant with HACCP and other food safety requirements.
• Train and mentor junior production staff, sharing techniques and best practices for consistency.
• Monitor inventory for chocolate, fillings, molds, and packaging; reorder and manage stock to avoid production delays.
• Package and label finished goods for retail, wholesale, or events, ensuring finished items meet brand presentation standards.
• Stay informed about new trends, techniques, and equipment in chocolate making to continuously improve product range and processes.
Who You Are:
• A detail-focused chocolatier who values craftsmanship, precision, and creative flair.
• Comfortable working across both artisanal hand-made and commercial production processes.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high quality and food safety standards.
• A collaborative team member who contributes ideas and supports cross-functional initiatives between R&D, sales, and design.
• Motivated to take on growing responsibility, including potential leadership of the production team.
