Description:
Kabri International Co. LLC is looking for an experienced Chief Surveyor to lead surveying operations for infrastructure, road, and utilities projects in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled surveying professional with strong GCC experience to play a key role in delivering high-quality civil engineering projects.
The successful candidate will oversee all surveying activities, supervise field survey teams, ensure accurate project execution, and coordinate closely with engineers and design teams while maintaining compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all surveying activities, including setting out, as-built surveys, and volume calculations.
• Coordinate with site engineers and design teams to ensure accurate implementation of project drawings.
• Supervise survey teams and manage surveying equipment, calibration, and data processing.
• Prepare survey reports, calculations, and maintain records for authority approvals.
• Ensure surveying activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor survey accuracy throughout project execution and resolve technical issues when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and support project progress with accurate survey data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
• 5–8 years of GCC/UAE experience in road, infrastructure, and utilities projects.
• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and authority regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
