NKN Media, a global player in the media and publishing industry, is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, global business acumen, and a strategic mindset to drive sustainable growth and financial excellence across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee accounting, taxation, compliance, and treasury functions across multiple jurisdictions
- Drive cost optimization, revenue forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial strategy
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Support M&A activities, due diligence, and risk assessments
- Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure adherence to global financial reporting standards and compliance with UAE laws
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team and instill a culture of accountability and transparency
Qualifications:
- CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA qualified
- MBA in Finance or equivalent advanced degree – preferred
- Minimum 20 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior leadership role
- Proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership
- Experience working in the media, publishing, or diversified sectors is a strong advantage
- Global exposure and understanding of cross-border finance and compliance frameworks
