Overview:
A growing organization based in Riyadh is currently seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to oversee its accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance under IFRS and CMA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily accounting activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS and CMA regulations across all accounting functions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Implement and maintain strong internal control systems.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with auditors and external stakeholders as needed.
• Utilize ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle to enhance accounting efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory).
• Active SOCPA license is required; CPA, CMA, or ACCA credentials are preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in IFRS standards and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
