Ahmad Alagbari Chartered Accountants is urgently seeking a Chief Accountant for one of their esteemed clients, a well-known real estate developer in Dubai. The role requires a highly skilled accounting professional with a strong background in real estate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with UAE laws. Candidates must be available for in-person interviews in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Prepare and analyze comprehensive Financial Statements.
▪ Ensure compliance with UAE laws, including VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
▪ Apply IFRS standards in reporting and accounting practices.
▪ Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
▪ Provide insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
Requirements:
▪ CA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
