Join a passionate and dynamic hospitality team in Dubai dedicated to delivering genuine Middle Eastern dining experiences. We are currently hiring for multiple culinary positions — Chef De Partie, Demi Chef De Partie, and Commis Chef (I / II / III) — to support our growing kitchen operations.
We’re seeking talented and enthusiastic chefs with a strong command of Lebanese, Middle Eastern, Turkish, and Arabic BBQ cuisines. Ideal candidates should bring not only technical expertise and creativity but also a deep appreciation for authentic flavors and traditional cooking methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Ensure food portions, presentation, and quality are consistent at all times.
• Support senior chefs with menu development and food trials when required.
• Adhere to all food safety and health regulations within the kitchen.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role within a Middle Eastern or Mediterranean restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of grilling, roasting, and Arabic BBQ techniques.
• Passion for authentic cuisine and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability preferred — food trial will be held in Jumeirah 3.
