Description:
LAVO Restaurant in Dubai Media City is seeking experienced and passionate culinary professionals to join its kitchen team immediately. Opportunities are available for both Chef de Partie (CDP) and Sous Chef positions, offering an excellent chance to work in a dynamic and professional restaurant environment.
The ideal candidates will have previous UAE restaurant experience, a valid PIC Certificate, and a strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards. Immediate joiners with excellent teamwork and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and oversee food production while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently within the assigned section.
• Supervise daily kitchen activities and support smooth service operations.
• Train and assist kitchen staff while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Monitor inventory, food costing, and kitchen resources where applicable.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Dubai/UAE restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Valid PIC Certificate is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Ability to manage a kitchen section independently.
