We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to take charge of the kitchen operations at our high-end restaurant and nightclub located on Bluewaters Island, Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader with proven expertise in kitchen management, menu creation, and cost control.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working in the UAE (mandatory).
- Fluency in English and Russian, both spoken and written.
- Strong skills in inventory control and stock management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large kitchen teams while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- In-depth knowledge of Central Asian, Slavic, and European cuisines.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service, even during high-volume shifts.
- Manage stock levels, control food costs, and implement waste-reduction strategies.
- Develop and introduce seasonal and promotional menus.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently upheld.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain top performance.
