Key Objectives:
- Deliver prompt and professional chat support for inquiries related to products, orders, and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and helpful guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to support continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
- Respond courteously and promptly to customer inquiries via chat

Requirements:
