Description:
Brihatis Global is actively looking to hire a seasoned Change Manager to oversee and drive major transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment in Abu Dhabi. This contract-based opportunity is best suited for senior-level professionals who possess deep expertise in managing organizational change and ensuring smooth transitions from current operational models to future strategic frameworks. The selected candidate will play a critical role in aligning people, processes, and systems to achieve successful change adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute structured change management methodologies, including readiness assessments and impact analysis.
  • Create detailed communication roadmaps and stakeholder engagement strategies to secure leadership alignment and employee buy-in.
  • Identify potential resistance areas and design proactive mitigation plans to maintain high levels of adoption and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on change performance metrics, ensuring governance standards are maintained.
  • Participate in governance forums such as Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure compliance with enterprise policies.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on transformation strategy and implementation best practices.

Requirements:

  • 9–12 years of demonstrated experience in organizational transformation and change implementation roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a closely related field.
  • Professional certification such as Prosci (preferred) or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
  • Strong command of change management frameworks, risk and impact assessment tools, and executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
