We are urgently hiring a Certified Public Accountant – Accountant Supervisor to manage client-based accounting responsibilities and supervise accounting and auditing activities for a professional services environment in Dubai. This role is suited for an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in UAE-based accounting and auditing firms.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and supporting audit-related activities for multiple clients. This position requires accuracy, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently while meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end client-based accounting operations
- Supervise accounting and auditing functions in line with regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory regulations
- Review financial statements, reports, and audit documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely completion of accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to professional accounting practices
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA – Philippines)
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of accounting or auditing experience in the UAE
- Previous experience working in a UAE-based accounting and auditing firm is required
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, reporting, and compliance procedures
- Freshers will not be considered for this role
- Only candidates meeting all stated requirements will be shortlisted
