Description:
Gulf Model School Dubai is urgently hiring a CCTV Operator to strengthen its school security and safety operations. This position is essential in maintaining a secure and well-monitored environment for students, staff, and visitors across the campus. The ideal candidate should be attentive, responsible, and capable of handling surveillance duties efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor live CCTV feeds covering all areas of the school, including classrooms, hallways, entrances, and transportation zones
• Identify and respond to suspicious activities or security concerns in real time
• Record and maintain accurate logs of daily surveillance activities and incidents
• Assist in implementing school safety protocols and support emergency response procedures
• Ensure all CCTV systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues promptly
Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a CCTV Operator or in a security control room environment
• Prior experience in a school setting is mandatory and cannot be waived
• Strong observation skills with a keen eye for detail
• Basic computer knowledge with the ability to prepare reports
• Good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Relevant UAE experience is required
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference
