East Group is expanding its hospitality team and currently hiring for multiple customer-facing positions in Dubai. The company is looking for energetic, customer-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing a warm and memorable guest experience.
Available Positions:
- Cashier Customer Service: Manage billing transactions, handle payments accurately, and ensure each guest receives excellent service throughout their visit.
- Host / Hostess (Hotel or Restaurant): Welcome guests with professionalism, manage table reservations, and assist in creating a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Barista / Café Staff: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while maintaining excellent product presentation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality, F&B, or customer service industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
