Description:
We are expanding our distribution network across the UAE and are looking for experienced Cash Van Salesmen to join our beverage distribution team. This field-based role involves selling directly from a company-assigned van, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth across grocery and cafeteria channels. Ideal candidates are target-driven, presentable, and comfortable handling cash transactions on the road.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in cash-van sales within the UAE FMCG sector.
- Prior experience in beverage distribution is preferred.
- Experience selling to grocery stores and cafeteria/institutional channels.
- Experience driving 3-ton trucks and holding a valid UAE driving license.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Target-oriented with the ability to meet monthly sales goals.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver products and conduct sales directly to customers from the assigned cash van.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and opening new sales opportunities.
- Collect payments at point of sale and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Monitor on-van stock levels, ensure proper product presentation, and restock as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Keep the vehicle clean and perform routine basic upkeep.
