Description:
Neuronetics, Inc., now part of Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, is a leading mental health organization dedicated to providing FDA-cleared NeuroStar® TMS and Spravato® therapies for major depressive disorder and treatment-resistant depression across 95+ clinics in the U.S. We are seeking a Cash Posting Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in the revenue cycle by accurately posting and reconciling payments in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor payments via checks, ACHs, and credit cards
• Post and reconcile incoming cash payments against ERA and EOB data
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, escalating issues to management when needed
• Document corrections and exceptions accurately in appropriate systems
• Track, monitor, and report payment activity to supervisors
• Work independently while maintaining high accuracy and productivity
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–3 years of related accounts payable/receivable experience, or at least 6 months as a Cash Application Specialist
• Some college or secondary education in business, finance, or accounting is a plus
• Experience with AdvancedMD preferred
Skills & Abilities:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented but self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision
