Description:
Digitech, part of the Sarnova group of companies, is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Poster to join their fully remote team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that client revenues are accurately received, allocated, and recorded. The Cash Poster will manage payments from Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance companies, and patients, while reconciling postings against bank statements and balancing client accounts daily. The role reports directly to the Manager of the Cash Posting Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive payments electronically, via paper checks, and credit cards and post them accurately
• Record and reconcile all postings against bank statements or similar documents
• Ensure assigned accounts are balanced daily to maintain accurate financial records
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Digitech clients, ensuring proper management of their revenue cycle
Requirements:
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple client accounts efficiently
• Collaborative and team-oriented; able to work with clients, external parties, and internal departments
• Pleasant and professional demeanor with strong follow-through
• Comfortable under pressure while maintaining composure and accuracy
• Computer literacy, including the ability to work with dual monitors
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience handling payments and account reconciliation is preferred
• Punctual, dependable, accountable, and a quick learner
• Comfortable asking questions to clarify processes and ensure accuracy
