Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care in a homecare setting. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity. This role involves both physical support and emotional companionship for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including feeding, mobility, hygiene, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any changes to supervising healthcare staff.
- Support the administration of medications under nursing supervision.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable homecare environment.
- Collaborate with nurses, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Document patient care and daily activities in accordance with organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Nursing, Midwifery, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience as a Caregiver or Nursing Assistant.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive approach.
- Available to start immediately in October 2025.
