Description:


Molina Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Management Processor to provide non-clinical administrative support to the care management team. This role contributes to the delivery of integrated care services and supports team efforts to ensure quality and cost-effective care for members.

Key responsibilities include:


• Providing administrative support including case assignment, member screening and scheduling, correspondence processing, data entry, and general clerical support for care management services
• Assisting with initial review of assigned case levels and supporting care managers with case assignments
• Reviewing data to identify principal member needs and implementing care plans under the direction of care managers
• Scheduling member visits and coordinating required services in line with member benefit plans
• Screening members according to Molina policies and assisting care management staff in identifying appropriate services
• Promoting effective communication internally and externally to enhance care management services
• Processing member and provider correspondence

Required qualifications:


• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare administrative support or equivalent education/experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or comparable software
• Excellent customer service, time-management, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:


• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
