Description:
Charlie Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Experience Specialist to join their team, supporting clients and families throughout their treatment journey. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for clients navigating behavioral health, substance use, and eating disorder care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts while resolving client and family concerns efficiently
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams including Admissions, Billing, Clinical Care, Outreach, and Utilization Review
- Support client-related requests from the Clinical Care team to improve overall experience
- Identify gaps in treatment attendance and proactively address issues to ensure consistent participation
- Communicate aftercare resources to families and assist with scheduling post-treatment appointments
- Manage client schedules, including appointments and rescheduling
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time
- Adapt to organizational changes and departmental restructuring to meet client needs
- Meet KPIs including call answer rates, daily talk time, call volume, issue resolution, aftercare appointment scheduling, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer or patient support role
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults, preferably in healthcare
- 1-2 years of Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
- Proficiency with contact center technology and cloud-based software (Slack, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EMR)
- Strong multitasking ability and emotional intelligence
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
- Work authorized in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
