Description:
ezCater, the leading food-for-work technology platform in the U.S., is looking for a Candidate Experience Associate to join our Talent team. This fully remote role focuses on managing candidate communications, coordinating interviews, and supporting a smooth, high-quality hiring process. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring candidates have a seamless experience while helping the team scale recruiting operations across technical and non-technical roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate multi-phase interviews across different time zones and levels of complexity
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a timely and seamless experience
- Serve as a professional and friendly first point of contact for candidates
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain efficient, transparent workflows
- Manage and update interview logistics in Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems
- Handle scheduling changes and conflicts quickly and professionally
- Support special projects related to employer branding and candidate experience
- Participate in reporting, data entry, and tracking hiring metrics
- Proactively suggest improvements to processes, documentation, or workflows
Qualifications and skills required:
- 1-2+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in tech or high-growth companies
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborative attitude and eagerness to support candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Availability to work standard EST or CST hours
- Genuine interest in recruiting, operations, or people-focused functions
