ezCater, the leading food-for-work technology platform in the U.S., is looking for a Candidate Experience Associate to join our Talent team. This fully remote role focuses on managing candidate communications, coordinating interviews, and supporting a smooth, high-quality hiring process. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring candidates have a seamless experience while helping the team scale recruiting operations across technical and non-technical roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate multi-phase interviews across different time zones and levels of complexity
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a timely and seamless experience
  • Serve as a professional and friendly first point of contact for candidates
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain efficient, transparent workflows
  • Manage and update interview logistics in Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Handle scheduling changes and conflicts quickly and professionally
  • Support special projects related to employer branding and candidate experience
  • Participate in reporting, data entry, and tracking hiring metrics
  • Proactively suggest improvements to processes, documentation, or workflows

Qualifications and skills required:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in tech or high-growth companies
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborative attitude and eagerness to support candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
  • Availability to work standard EST or CST hours
  • Genuine interest in recruiting, operations, or people-focused functions
