This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing detailed operational work with candidate-facing communication while helping deliver a best-in-class hiring experience.
As a key part of the Talent function, you will play an essential role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting recruiting operations across both technical and non-technical roles. This position offers valuable exposure to recruiting, talent operations, and employer branding while contributing directly to the company’s continued growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule multi-stage panel interviews across multiple time zones
- Own end-to-end candidate communication to ensure a smooth, timely, and positive experience
- Act as one of the first points of contact for candidates, representing ezCater professionally
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain clear and efficient workflows
- Manage interview logistics and updates within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Quickly resolve scheduling changes or conflicts with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with Talent team members on process improvements and employer branding projects
- Support reporting, data entry, and tracking of hiring metrics
- Proactively recommend improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience
What You Have:
- 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative roles, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Collaborative mindset with a strong service orientation
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and ATS platforms
- Ability to work standard EST or CST business hours
- Genuine interest in recruiting, people operations, or talent-focused functions
