Open Positions:
🔹 Customer Service Agents
🔹 Team Leaders (at least 2 years of leadership experience required)

Languages Required:

  • Must be fluent in Arabic
  • Minimum B1+ proficiency in English is mandatory

Key Requirements:
• Candidates must be available to join immediately
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• For Team Leader roles, a minimum of 2 years in a similar leadership capacity is essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage calls efficiently and provide excellent service support

Work Schedule:
6 days a week, Full-Time commitment required
