Your Role
- Design and launch a simple yet stylish food menu for the top floor
- Stay ahead of café trends to attract a young, modern audience
- Oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service
- Drive branding, marketing, and social media promotions
- Hire, train, and lead a passionate team
- Manage budgeting, pricing, and profitability
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Café Manager or a similar role
- Deep understanding of café aesthetics, food presentation, and trends
- Passion for specialty coffee and innovative food concepts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
