Jereh Group Middle East, a leading Chinese oilfield equipment manufacturing and engineering company, is expanding rapidly across the region and is seeking an experienced Buyer / Purchasing Senior Officer.
The ideal candidate will have a solid network within the heavy mechanical equipment and oil & gas sector and possess strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in purchasing mechanical equipment or spare parts for the oil & gas industry
- Proven background in vendor management and supplier network development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience with manufacturing or oilfield equipment companies preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of heavy equipment parts and mechanical components for oil & gas projects
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers within the UAE and internationally
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure best value and timely procurement
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company and project standards
- Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, and project teams to meet equipment sourcing needs
