The Business Systems Analyst will lead the collection of business and functional requirements, driving the development of programs, projects, and initiatives that enhance business operations, communication, and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and pilot new product integration requests for approved and non-preferred integrations.
• Partner with Customer Success teams to monitor property technology trends and client requests.
• Assist Enterprise Customer Experience teams and clients in establishing minimum viability for new products.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments to propose systems or business solutions by engaging senior business leaders and team members.
• Present goals, roadmaps, and metrics related to Property Management Software (PMS) across the organization.
• Manage documentation and status of integration and implementation projects.
• Own project tasks related to PMS implementation and enhancement.
• Develop communication templates and engaging presentations.
• Prioritize PMS integrations and product implementation projects to align with company needs.
• Interface with stakeholders and service providers to ensure services meet agreed targets.
• Lead design aspects of all stages in integration and implementation lifecycles.
• Gather and document business requirements, evaluate workflows, and align information with project objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Project management certification preferred, with Asana experience.
• Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) and integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, and database management.
• Experience designing experiments to test and validate hypotheses.
• Interest or experience in agile product development/testing and design thinking.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 (varies by experience, skills, and location).
