Bellwether is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to maintain, enhance, and support the organization’s core business systems, including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Google Workspace. This manager-level role combines technical expertise with a customer-focused approach and sits on the Central Support team. The administrator will support strategic initiatives, integrate new technologies including AI tools, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure secure, efficient, and continuously improving systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration
- Administer, maintain, and enhance Salesforce, SharePoint, and other internal systems
- Design, build, and manage Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automations to streamline processes
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, data integrity, and user experience
- Collaborate with teams to translate organizational needs into technical solutions
- Maintain and improve Salesforce reports and dashboards, supporting data interpretation
- Conduct regular data audits across Salesforce, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and other databases
- Document key system configurations and workflows
- Support implementation and testing of new tools and systems
Technical Support
- Manage and resolve technical support tickets, escalating as needed
- Assist in computer and hardware management, maintaining stock of new and loaner devices
- Maintain an up-to-date internal knowledge base and user guides
- Support integration of AI tools across internal systems
- Stay current on Salesforce automation and business system best practices
Qualifications:
- Experience administering Salesforce and similar business systems
- Proficiency in building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and automation tools
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement practical solutions
- Quick learner with new systems and technologies
- Strong customer service skills and ability to support users of all levels
- Capable of identifying system efficiency improvements, especially with AI integration
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $87,500–$94,000 annually
- Annual performance bonus targeted at $5,025 based on individual and organizational success
