Description:

Auxilium is looking for an experienced Business Setup Advisor & Corporate and Residency Services Team Lead to join its growing operations in Dubai and KSA. This opportunity is suited for a commercially focused professional with extensive knowledge of UAE company formation, residency solutions, investor visa services, and corporate advisory support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through business establishment processes, leading the Corporate & Residency Services team, and supporting business growth initiatives. The role requires a strong client-focused approach, leadership capabilities, and the ability to build long-term relationships with international investors and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation options

• Manage complete business incorporation and residency application processes

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Corporate & Residency Services team

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international investors and business clients

• Drive business development activities and contribute to revenue growth objectives

• Ensure all services comply with UAE regulatory, licensing, and immigration requirements

• Provide professional guidance on corporate structuring and residency solutions

• Coordinate with government authorities and relevant stakeholders when required

• Support clients throughout the setup and post-incorporation process

• Monitor service quality and operational efficiency within the department

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE business setup and corporate services experience

• Strong understanding of company formation procedures and UAE residency programs

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Demonstrated business development experience with a commercial mindset

• Fluency in English is required

• Additional European language skills will be considered an advantage

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
