Role Overview — Business Operations Consultant:
We’re seeking experienced consultants to join our partner network as Business Operations Consultants. Selected candidates will lead and operationalize strategic programs, manage key workstreams, and ensure smooth execution across initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Translate leadership priorities into clear plans, roadmaps, and executable projects.
- Own important workstreams across strategy, operations, go-to-market (GTM), or transformation efforts.
- Analyze performance and surface insights that enable better decision-making.
- Design and refine processes so teams can move faster and operate more efficiently.
- Partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, functional heads) on high-impact initiatives.
- Build transparent reporting so the organization understands what’s working and why.
Who You Are / Strong Match If You:
- 3–7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations roles.
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders on complex, cross-functional projects.
- Able to move fluently between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Data-savvy — you use analysis to form recommendations and drive action.
- Experience in top-tier consulting environments (e.g., MBB, Big 4, Accenture) is a strong advantage.
