We are seeking a creative and relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who approaches business development with a marketing consultant’s mindset rather than a traditional sales approach. If you are passionate about branding, social media, storytelling, and building long-term client partnerships, this opportunity is designed for you.
You will work closely with potential clients, guiding them through branding and digital marketing solutions while managing the full client acquisition cycle—from first contact to onboarding.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage and nurture inbound leads while advising clients on branding and social media strategies
- Manage CRM systems, including lead tracking, follow-ups, proposals, pitch decks, and deal closures
- Support client onboarding processes and handle payment follow-ups
- Explore and utilize multiple outreach channels such as calls, direct messages, walk-ins, digital ads, and other creative methods
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Airtable, Asana, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
- A storytelling mindset with a strong interest in current marketing trends
Compensation & Benefits:

- Monthly salary of AED 4,000 plus commission up to 20%
