Join a dynamic real estate development team in Dubai as a Business Development Specialist. This role is designed for an experienced professional with expertise in land acquisition, project financing, joint ventures, and overall real estate development. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, structuring investments, and driving projects from inception to completion.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and negotiate land acquisition and investment opportunities
- Structure and secure financing for projects, including debt and equity arrangements
- Develop strategic partnerships and joint ventures with investors, developers, and contractors

- Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills
- Established professional network with landowners, investors, and financial institutions
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
