Description:
BTL Promos is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development / Sales Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate gifting or promotional product sales and the ability to build lasting B2B relationships with clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in the UAE and GCC regions.
- Promote and sell a wide range of branded corporate gift items and promotional merchandise.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong business relationships to drive client retention and satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate networking events to generate new leads.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, specifically in corporate gifts or B2B services.
- Strong understanding of corporate procurement and client expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Must currently reside in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license.
