Description:
BTL Promos is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development / Sales Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate gifting or promotional product sales and the ability to build lasting B2B relationships with clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in the UAE and GCC regions.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of branded corporate gift items and promotional merchandise.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong business relationships to drive client retention and satisfaction.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate networking events to generate new leads.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, specifically in corporate gifts or B2B services.
  • Strong understanding of corporate procurement and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Must currently reside in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and target-focused individual.
