Description:

HIT HRC Consultancy is currently looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Officer to join its growing team in Dubai. This position is well-suited for candidates who possess strong communication abilities, client relationship management skills, and an interest in recruitment and HR consultancy services.

The ideal candidate will support both recruitment operations and business development activities while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Individuals who can effectively manage recruitment processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to organizational growth are encouraged to apply.

Candidates who are fluent in Hindi and Malayalam will be given preference. Immediate joiners and candidates currently holding a visit visa are also highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and shortlist suitable candidates according to client hiring requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities between clients and job seekers.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, placement, and deployment processes efficiently.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Follow up regularly with clients regarding manpower requirements and recruitment progress.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and documentation.

• Update and manage recruitment reports using MS Office applications and Excel spreadsheets.

• Utilize CRM systems to track candidate and client interactions effectively.

• Assist in daily HR consultancy operations and business development initiatives.

• Support organizational growth by identifying opportunities to expand client engagement and recruitment services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or business development is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and candidates.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related productivity tools.

• Experience using Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management systems is advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Professional approach to client service and relationship management.

• Fluency in Hindi and Malayalam is preferred.
