We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in the leisure and entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with brands, ticketing platforms, influencers, and hospitality groups.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and drive sales, sponsorships, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design attractive packages and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to shape growth strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and performance reports.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track performance against defined metrics.
