Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for winning contracts and nurturing client relationships in the Facilities Management (FM) sector? Facilico is expanding its operations and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new FM projects across the UAE.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new FM business opportunities, including Hard & Soft Services
- Lead the full bidding process, from RFP analysis to final proposal submission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and professional networks
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions
- Support contract negotiations to secure high-value deals
- Achieve and exceed annual business development and revenue targets
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of FM Business Development experience in UAE/GCC
- Strong understanding of MEP, Cleaning, Security, and other FM services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and tendering tools
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
🌟 Preferred:
- Experience handling both government and private sector contracts
- Knowledge of FM compliance, regulations, and pricing structures
- Well-established FM industry network in the UAE
