We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (3–4 Years Experience)

Overview:
Servhub is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help scale our Labor Camp Management SaaS platform. This role suits someone who enjoys meeting clients, closing deals, and making a tangible impact in the construction and facility-management sectors. You’ll be the bridge between product and market—driving adoption and expanding our footprint.

What You’ll Do:

  • Acquire and develop relationships with leading construction, manufacturing and facility-management companies.
  • Conduct on-site meetings and product demonstrations to show how our solution solves client problems.
  • Drive the sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, ops, and implementation) to ensure smooth activation and customer success.
  • Monitor market trends and gather insights to inform strategy and product enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, facility management, or construction technology.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Comfortable conducting field visits and meeting clients on site.
  • Able to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in PropTech, HRTech or early-stage SaaS startups.
  • Familiarity with labor camps / staff accommodation operations.
  • An existing network within construction or manufacturing sectors.
