Servhub is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its innovative Labor Camp Management SaaS platform. This role is tailored for professionals who enjoy building strong client relationships, presenting digital solutions, and making a meaningful impact within the construction, manufacturing, and facility management industries.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients across construction, manufacturing, and facility management sectors.
• Conduct in-person meetings and deliver engaging product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Take ownership of the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversions and smooth client onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support seamless activation and implementation.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, generating insights to support strategic planning and product enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS, facility management, or construction tech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and on-site engagements.
• Ability to clearly articulate and explain technology-driven solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
• Experience working in PropTech, HRTech, or SaaS startup environments.
• Understanding of labor camps, staff accommodations, and related workflows.
• Established network within the construction or manufacturing sectors.
