We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to become part of a fast-growing commercial interiors and fit-out organization based in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands the dynamics of the workspace interiors market and is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial interiors and fit-out sector
• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and key industry stakeholders
• Attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and industry networking events
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation through to project award
• Collaborate closely with internal design, estimating, and project delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of overall sales experience
• At least 2 years of proven experience in commercial interiors or workspace fit-out within Abu Dhabi
• Strong understanding of the local market, competitors, and industry trends
• Experience dealing with corporate and multinational clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree is required
