Role overview:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate will combine FMCG commercial experience with strong market knowledge and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities (typical duties):

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share for our beverages.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, horeca, and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product and pricing decisions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets; track performance against targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and successful promotions.

Qualifications & skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in FMCG sales or business development (beverage or food sector preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and account-management skills with a results-driven mindset.
