Empire Global Investment Management LLC is expanding its footprint in the global food trade. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our foodstuff export and import operations, with a strong focus on building and growing international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for international and regional markets
Identify and engage with global buyers and suppliers of food products
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B clients and trading partners
Oversee negotiations, pricing strategies, and contractual agreements
Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance
Monitor market trends and generate insights to guide business decisions

Qualifications:

Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the food import/export industry
Proven track record in developing international sales channels and closing high-value deals
Extensive network of contacts across the GCC, Europe, Asia, or Africa
In-depth understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
Self-driven, with strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset
