DX FutureTech is expanding its team and is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of its Salesforce consulting business in the UAE. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong industry knowledge, an established network, and a proven ability to secure new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting Salesforce consulting and IT service solutions. Candidates with experience selling Salesforce implementation projects, managed services, or IT staffing solutions will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Promote Salesforce consulting services, CRM solutions, and IT service offerings.
• Generate new business through networking, client engagement, and strategic sales initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and business proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Arabic speaker.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in Salesforce services, CRM solutions, or IT consulting.
• Strong network of decision-makers across the UAE market.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
• Experience selling Salesforce implementation projects, managed services, or IT staffing/resource augmentation is highly preferred.
